The President is a one-time character on The Mask: The Animated Series who appeared in the episode, Mr. Mask Goes to Washington. He is the unnamed current president of the United States who recruits and befriends The Mask after he saved his life during the opening of Edge City's new downtown district.
The President resembles a stereotypical politician as he shows a charming, characteristic personality to the public and cares about his approval rating and gaining support to stay in office. It is revealed that the President is corrupt as he when he found out that the Mask took a bribe and the Mask defends himself by believing that politicians get paid through bribes, he agrees with him, but politicians don't like to talk about it and are never suppose to get caught.
- The President is an original character in the TV series as he is not based off a real-life American president, including Bill Clinton, who was president of the United States during The Mask: The Animated Series' original run on television. But the character does show some resemblance to former president George W. Bush but he wasn't in office until 2001, but was governor of Texas from 1995 to 2000.
- Doyle mentioned that Lt. Kellaway voted for him.
- The President is on his first term in office as he cares highly about his approval rating and gaining support, like during the beginning of Mr. Mask Goes to Washington, he makes a deal with Mayor Tilton on helping Edge City's financial problem in exchange for voting support for the President in the next election.
