Ray Tuttle

Ray Tuttle was Emily Tuttle’s father from the comic of The Mask: The Hunt for Green October. He worked in a charity shop downstairs in his flat and he have red Marks on the back of his hands because he was Injured in a Bad Accident by a Rich Man named Nelson Hathaway the one it killed his Wife in an Amusement Park.
