Mr Dickey was Stanley Ipkiss's boss from The Mask in 1994, he is played by the American actor named Eamonn Roche.
He is often shown to bully Stanley Ipkiss frequently during his job. After Stanley Ipkiss gains confidence from the Mask, he finally stands up to Dickey by threatening to tell his father that he runs the bank like his own personal ''piggy bag'' or sending him to jail by exposing his tax fraud to the IRS.
