Francis Forthwright is the neighbor of Stanley Ipkiss and the mother of Baby Forthwright in The Mask: The Animated Series.

In random moments, she barges in Stanley's home to make him babysit her son during Stanley's free time, annoying and stressing out Stanley.

She is shown to be positive and somewhat bubbly as she doesn't know how to ask Stanley wither or not he can babysit her son instead of just leaving him with her son and she believes her son loves to watch the Barnaby the Dinosaur show (a parody of Barney the Dinosaur, but he hates it as he is scared of Barnaby.

She owns a parrot named Snapper that she also made Stanley looked after along with her son in the episode, Mutiny of the Bounty Hunters.
