Dan Douglas is a one-time character who appeared in The Mask: The Animated Series season 3 episode, The Goofalotatots. He's Edge City's district attorney and one of the city officials who are victims of The Mask and Pretorius' Goofalotatots robots for his evil scheme of taking over Edge City.
Douglas was eating his takeout dinner in his suburban house while The Mask (hiding in his table in a small size and narrating the Goofalotatots' rampage on Edge City officials) surprise him with his presence. Douglas sees his meal eaten by Snot and the group preformed an off-key, loud rock band song, irritating Douglas. It made him go crazy and he ran out of his house and into the nightly horizon, leaving another city official out of leadership and the city vulnerable to Pretorius' control.
